Individual counseling, also known as one-on-one therapy or psychotherapy, is a confidential and collaborative process where we work to explore and address personal challenges and emotional issues by developing coping strategies aimed at improving mental and emotional well-being.
Family counseling is an approach to address behavioral, psychological, and emotional concerns that contribute to family problems. I commit to working with families to identify the underlying challenges that cause barriers to individuals' developing healthy relationships.
